我公司是我國(guó)機(jī)械型儲(chǔ)油罐切水器（又名儲(chǔ)油罐脫水器）的首創(chuàng)者。所生產(chǎn)的CTS-Y型系列切水器在不使用它其它動(dòng)力的條件下使儲(chǔ)罐脫水實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化。能將儲(chǔ)油罐中的沉降水排盡，排水過(guò)程中無(wú)可見(jiàn)油花，水排完后自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，滴油不漏。保證了油的質(zhì)量，并從本跟上解決了人工脫水跑油，以及由此產(chǎn)生的油品損失、環(huán)境污染和安全隱患問(wèn)題。本產(chǎn)品獲得1998年度第八屆專(zhuān)利新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品金獎(jiǎng)。

原油、重油儲(chǔ)罐實(shí)施自動(dòng)切水難度較大，一般的切水器根本不能使用。本公司研制的CTS-YⅡ型原油儲(chǔ)罐切水器，克服了原油、重油密度大，黏度高及渣嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題，取得了很好的效果。
