天然氣生產(chǎn)到了中后期，為了提高天然氣產(chǎn)量一般采用泡排工藝。即向氣井中注入起泡劑，使水成為水泡，降低其密度以便帶出更多的天然氣。然而這種水泡進(jìn)入輸氣管道后，因不能和天然氣徹底分離，而且對管道和下游設(shè)備帶來的危害，并影響氣體的準(zhǔn)確計(jì)量。因此必須予以消除，傳統(tǒng)的消泡方法，是向輸氣管道中注入消泡劑，使之與里面的起泡劑進(jìn)行化學(xué)反應(yīng)，消除水泡。這種消泡方法由于混合不均，消泡效果差，且消泡劑的用量很大，浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重

本公司針對以上問題研制了兩種消泡器，它能使消泡劑和起泡劑充分混合、相容，充分反應(yīng)，達(dá)到完全消泡的目的。
